On October 17th, the University of Logroño hosted a follow-up meeting for the international RIDI Pyrenees project, with the participation of various key stakeholders, including representatives from institutions and external collaborators. During the meeting, the progress of the Data Intake portal, already operational, and the initiation of survey distribution were highlighted as crucial steps toward achieving the project’s objectives.
One of the most significant points discussed was the standardization of data. Javier Fernández, from Kampal, emphasized the need for data to be uploaded to the platform without modifications and in the established formats, ensuring coherent and precise analysis of the information. Moreover, the importance of having data protection documents signed by all companies involved in the project was stressed, guaranteeing compliance with legal regulations in information management.
Another topic addressed was the possibility of providing additional credentials for the platform to universities that require them, an action to be coordinated with the Iberus team.
Rocío Juste, a representative of Campus Iberus, stressed the importance of maintaining fluid and regular communication about the project’s status. To that end, Campus Iberus will be responsible for creating news templates, organizing events, and generating visual content related to RIDI Pyrenees, particularly within the framework of events linked to the POCTEFA project. Additionally, it was established that partners must share all their activities through the RIDI Pyrenees website and the various social media channels used to promote the project.
This meeting served to resolve administrative queries, establish key data management guidelines, and strengthen collaboration among the different parties involved. The actions agreed upon are expected to be implemented in the coming weeks, contributing to the project’s progress and the achievement of its milestones.
